how do you find depenable help these days?

How do you find dependable help these days?nobody wants to work anymore.they want to just get paid but not do the work.you try to build a business and you cant because no one wants to work.how do we get these kids to learn the value of a dollar when we just give them anything they want and when they want it.we need to show them that they need to work for what they want and earn there own way.this way we may get more dependable help if they learn the value of earning their own money for the work they do.
